The Goji Berry and Less Stress

 

In my continuing investigation of alternative foods one of the great foods I have come across is the Goji Berry (Lycium barbarum). The Goji Berry is known in China as the “feel good” berry or in other words is a natural stress reducer.

Now, I will be investigating each of these claims, because each one has huge significance. This can possibly stabilize the Diabetes problem with the improved insulin utilization and blood sugar management.

With reduced inflammation, it can affect arthritic joints and the horrible pain that is involved with all of the numerous Arthritis diseases that are encompassed. Dr. Perricone, on the Oprah Show, has stated that inflammation is the greatest cause of aging.

If the Goji Berry, helps with all or any of these, lower stress, weight reduction, stabilize Diabetes, help reduce pain associated with arthritis, helps with normal secretion of HGH, improve immune function and have better sleep, I know that my husband and I need to at least give this a try to see if we can feel better. If we do not feel better, it really does not matter how great it sounds on paper.
