Here’s a little secret - I was once fat. Let’s get a few things out of the way. I hate to diet. Healthy food was something I used to consider as bland and tasteless(tasteless if I was lucky!), weight loss programs are hard work and used to make me grumpy and you should never take weight loss tips from anyone who hasn’t been overweight at some point of their life. I was one of those fatties. I knew that if I didn’t lose weight my health would suffer, and of all the parts of my weight loss plan exercise was the bit I dreaded the most. You see, when you are overweight it would be nice to think that there is a simple solution, that you could take weight loss pills or go to a weight loss center that will let you pay them every month and you will have the best weight loss program in the market.
